Important: A request, discussion, estimate, proposal or preliminary coordination does not itself confirm that HYVND will provide a service. Any work, deliverables, fees, timelines, responsibilities and exclusions must be confirmed in a written agreement, proposal or other documented acceptance.
Important Exclusions
Services requiring authorised professionals.
HYVND does not hold itself out as a provider of regulated professional advice or services. Where a requirement needs a licence, registration, professional qualification or official authority, the appropriate qualified party must be engaged.
Legal, tax and financial matters
HYVND does not provide legal, tax, accounting, audit, investment, insurance, banking or financial advice. Clients should obtain independent advice from appropriately qualified professionals.
Filing, licensing and approvals
HYVND does not submit statutory filings, obtain licences, issue permits, make official applications or provide regulatory representation unless expressly authorised and legally permitted to do so.
Clearance and official declarations
HYVND does not act as a customs broker, freight carrier, shipping line, government authority or importer/exporter of record unless a written agreement and all required authorisations expressly confirm otherwise.
Third-party decisions
HYVND cannot guarantee approvals, customs clearance, shipment timing, supplier performance, product availability, pricing, regulatory outcomes or decisions made by third parties.
Client responsibility: You remain responsible for verifying requirements, engaging appropriately authorised professionals, reviewing all documents before approval or submission, and making final business, legal, financial, operational and regulatory decisions.

HYVND may help coordinate a requirement, but third-party providers, authorities, suppliers and clients remain responsible for their own decisions, performance, terms and obligations.
Independent providers
Any supplier, broker, carrier, consultant, authorised professional or other external provider operates independently. Their work, fees, availability, terms and performance are their own responsibility.

HYVND does not guarantee commercial success, availability, performance, approval, timing, cost savings, accuracy of third-party information or any particular outcome from coordination or support.
